The App provides tools for fraternity and student organization members to manage, collect, and track shared funds transparently. Your use of Frat Funds means you accept these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Frat Funds. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Frat Funds allows users to track, record, and manage payments between members. All financial transactions conducted outside the app (e.g., through third-party payment platforms) are the responsibility of the users involved.

We do not process payments directly. Frat Funds simply provides organizational tools to assist with tracking and transparency.

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

• Uploading harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content

• Attempting to access restricted areas or disrupt the App’s functionality

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis without requiring prior approval for each renewal, until you choose to cancel. The billing cycle for subscriptions is monthly.

Cancellation
